Think twinkling lights, cosy textures, and the sweetest teddy bear details set against a beautifully styled Christmas backdrop. These mini sessions are perfect for families, little ones, couples or even just the kids A quick, joyful way to capture this year’s Christmas magic. ✨ What’s included ✨ • 15-minute session • 20 professionally edited digital photographs • A charming indoor setup at Settebello's Italian Club, Johannesburg • 5 People Max • A whole lot of festive fun! Cost - R1650 Please bring along your child’s favourite teddy, and a teddy bear to be donated. We’ll be collecting cuddly bears to gift to little hearts who need them this holiday season. These sessions book up quickly every year, so don’t wait too long to secure your spot!
Cancellation Policy
🔹 Payment & Booking - Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. - Previous credit or Vouchers my not be applied to Christmas Minis. 🔹 Cancellation & Refunds - Cancellations will only be refunded if your session slot is rebooked by another client. - If your slot is rebooked, you’ll receive a full refund (minus a R300 admin fee). - If your slot is not rebooked, the session fee is non-refundable. 🔹 Rescheduling - Rescheduling is possible only if availability allows, and a R350 rescheduling fee will apply. - Reschedules must be requested no later than 48 hours before your session. 🔹 Late Arrival - Sessions run on a tight schedule. Please arrive 10 minutes early. - Late arrivals may result in cancellation of your session without a refund. 🔹 Missed Sessions - No-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will forfeit the session and payment. 🔹 Image Delivery - You’ll receive 20 high-resolution, professionally edited digital images. - Delivery will be via online gallery within 4 - 6 weeks of your session and definitely before Christmas. - We do not supply sneak peeks. 🔹 Donations You're encouraged to bring your child’s favourite teddy for the shoot and an additional teddy to donate. All donated bears will be gifted to children in need this festive season.
