Cancellation Policy

Cosmos Mini Session Policy 🔹 Payment & Booking All Cosmos Mini Sessions must be paid in full to secure your booking. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Vouchers or previous session credits may not be applied to Cosmos Minis. 🔹 Cancellations & Refunds If you need to cancel, your session will only be refunded if your timeslot is successfully rebooked. If rebooked, you will receive a full refund minus a R300 admin fee. If the slot is not rebooked, the session fee is non-refundable. 🔹 Rescheduling Rescheduling is only possible if another slot is available. A R350 rescheduling fee applies. Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before your session time. 🔹 Late Arrival Minis run on a tight schedule — please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrival may shorten your session or result in cancellation without refund. 🔹 Missed Sessions No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session and full payment. 🔹 Weather Clause If weather conditions are unsuitable, sessions will be moved to a backup date or time. Weather reschedules are not considered client cancellations and carry no penalty. Rain or weather-related changes do not qualify for a refund. If you are unable to attend the new scheduled date, your payment will be converted to a session credit valid for a future full session (not another mini session). 🔹 Image Delivery You will receive 20 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images. Delivery via online gallery within 4-6 weeks after your session. Sneak peeks are not guaranteed.
